Celebrations of Joy provides the following services to help you create the wedding of your dreams:

• Wedding Vision Creation

Understanding the wants and dreams of everyone involved with the wedding planning process, and how those wants differ, is an important first step in creating the perfect wedding.  Using our detailed Wedding Dreams Questionnaire, filled out by everyone involved in the wedding decisions, we ask the right questions to help you describe what you want.  As those wants differ, we help you work as a team to determine the best solutions for your wedding.  Part of this process includes understanding your priorities, as well as helping you see the “vision” of your wedding. 

• Budget Development

It’s important to determine your wedding budget up front.  Once you know how much you plan to spend, we help you determine how to best spend it.  Part of that process includes understanding everything that could be included that you may have to budget for, as well as knowing your most important priorities. Using our Wedding Budget and Priorities format, we assist you with the allocation of your resources based on your priorities.  

Wedding expenses vary considerably and it’s important to spend your resources on the things that are most important to you.  You may already have done some of this, but we can help you refine the details so that you have no surprises.  A Wedding Budget is developed specific to your wedding, vendors already contracted, deposits paid and balance due. The amounts already allocated are documented, the remaining items are budgeted, and we help you develop clear priorities for wedding expenses. 

• Timeline Development

While it is possible to plan a complete wedding in only a few months, typically up to six-twelve months is involved in wedding planning and coordination.  Often this much time is required to secure your first choice of venue and vendors.

A Wedding Timeline is developed specifically for your wedding, working backwards from the wedding date to the time we start planning. Included in this is a task allocation process, so that each task has a specific person responsible for completion.
