Aly Wagner & Adam Eyre,
Honuala’i
Estate
Hawaii, HI
Aly & Adam opted
to take 100 of their closest friends and family to Hawaii for their wedding
celebration. Guests stayed at the Mauna Lani Resort on the Big Island,
and after a few days of beach volley ball, sunset dinners and spa
treatments, we gathered at a private estate for a beautiful beachside
ceremony followed by dinner and dancing poolside. As a member of the US
Olympic Soccer Team, Aly had little time to spend on wedding planning, and
Celebrations of Joy designed and managed every detail for her and her
husband to be! In spite of the threat of rain, the week was flawless and
ended with an exhibition soccer match with the local girls team!

the stars, we then moved on to the Wedding on Saturday at St. Francis
Church, Reception Cocktails with Mariachi's at the La Quinta Resort Azur
Patio, and then a four course Reception in the Capra Room of the La Quinta

Kelly Mentzel & Korry Hoglan,
The Parker, Palm Springs
Last years remodel to The Parker in Palm
Springs has created a fabulous garden space for weddings and receptions.
This wedding was hip and fun, with contemporary design elements
complimenting the desert backdrop. Moon balloons provided wonderful
lighting for the dining area at night, and the addition of heaters kept our
toes warm as the evening cooled.

Ellie Kierkahahi & Steven Love,
At Home in Rancho Mirage
A spectacular Persian-American affair in a
private home in Rancho Mirage, the rear yard of the property was transformed
into a sparkling canopy of lights and flowers by renowned florist Ramon
Salomon of Arrangements. The ceremony was held inside, complete with a
Persian "Sofre" or sacred alter, and then the guests moved poolside for
cocktails before dining in the transformed rear yard.

A December wedding in Pasadena celebrated the

cabin-like reception area. After a beautiful,
heartfelt outdoor ceremony, where the bride glided to meet her groom in a
custom designed dress, surrounded by a flower arbor, the guests moved to a
festive holiday celebrations surrounded by Christmas trees decorated with

Keri Reese & Brandi Fitzgerald,
Hyatt Newport Beach
This beautiful wedding with two brides was special and
heartfelt in many ways. Not a dry eye was in the house by the time the
ceremony was over! The spectacular site was highlighted by floral elegance
and a curtained huppah, and the lavender theme carried throughout the event
with floating orchids and shimmering menu cards. More photos to come as this
wedding was just this past April! |
